Our goal is to offer you great food from the best ingredients, made with the most qualified hands, using the newest technology. That is why we have surrounded ourselves with people who are experienced in their field and have something to offer, whether it be our suppliers, or members of our team. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Tomáš Medo, Chef Ambassador Mirek Kalina, who you may know as a judge on the culinary show MasterChef Czech, will prepare excellent dishes for you. Others include Sous-Chef Marek Šterner with his many years of experience in Zdeněk Pohlreich’s restaurant, or our Chef Ambassador who is a Michelin star chef and specialist on Italian cuisine, Radek Hasman. Thanks to our open kitchen, you will be able to see everything that our culinary masters do and to admire their work, not only as a finished result on your plate, but also while they are cooking.
Variety in our menus
We do not want you to ever be bored here. That is why we regularly change our menu, so that you have the opportunity to taste a varied menu of various Czech dishes, as well as international dishes. Our menu will not be the same for long, and you can look forward to authentic culinary experiences. Lovers of all types of cuisine, as well as vegans, people who are on diets, or even those who are allergic to some foods, will enjoy themselves here. We regularly change our menu based on what is growing around us, so you can look forward to seasonal menus, such as strawberry, blueberry, pumpkin, or even mushroom seasons.
The right taste on the grill
One of the most important pieces of technology and the centerpiece of our kitchen is the grill. And it might as well be a proper grill. There are only a few places where you can taste real quality meat, fish, and seafood prepared on a Josper grill. Josper grills are charcoal grills, which combine tradition and the newest technology in an elegant and yet robust design. The result of the oven/grill combination is quick preparation of dishes and preservation of their structure, juiciness, and smoky flavor at temperatures of 300–350°C. Foods prepared on the Josper grill have the proper, excellent flavor.
And something extra
Besides excellent food, we bring you something extra – a unique experience, which you will not find anywhere else in the Czech Republic. At two special tables in our restaurant, we have prepared something called Table Mapping. It is a different kind of fun for kids and adults. Right at your table, a small animated chef prepares food, which you can then order off our menu. You can see what ingredients are in our food, and you will also enjoy the presentation.
