In the beginning this was all just a dream. Then came the opportunity to create. We thought out every detail, we discovered new technology, we opened up old recipes. And that is how ARRIGŌ came to be.
Unique gastronomy for everyone
In our Culinary, Café, Bakery, and Shop with a modern bistro, we carefully and lovingly prepare the best from fresh, local, and international ingredients, homemade products, and ingredients from our partnering farms. Using traditional methods and the newest technology, we create real pleasure for you. You can taste steaks, fish, or seafood prepared on the Josper grill. Foods prepared on these charcoal grills keep their unforgettable taste, structure, and juiciness. Our homemade ice cream will certainly be an experience for you, which we prepare right before your eyes in the special Italian Frigomat machines.
Our philosophy
We are fascinated by old cookbooks and herbaria, where the basis of everything is authenticity. We honor the advice of old masters and housewives, we honor nature and its generosity, and we honor tradition. That is why we try to build on it and add a modern touch, no matter how difficult it is. We mean it.

Life sometimes decides that we cannot enjoy certain ingredients or foods. In some cases, fate or genetics prescribes it to us; sometimes it is our own decision and we have our own goals. We are aware of this and we do everything we can to ensure that you are not deprived of anything in any of these cases. Gluten-free does not mean taste-free, diet does not mean fasting. Everyone has the right to have good food.

We have nothing to hide. That is one of the reasons why we wanted a large part of our kitchen to be open. Why should we tell you about how the most modern technology and the skillful hands of our cooks are behind the food on your plate, or how authentic our homemade ice cream is, when you can see it for yourself? We want to uncover everything for you, so that you can see most of our technology and processes with your own eyes.

We know as well as you do that the long road is usually more difficult, but leads to better quality. That is why we do not take shortcuts. We don’t; nor do the people we work with. We care about the origin of our ingredients, about the diet of the animal from which we get our meat, about where our crops and herbs grow. What we cannot make or grow ourselves, we buy from those who are the most qualified. We care about the work of each and every person that participates in the making of the final product – whether it be a farmer, cultivator, or herbalist. Mutual respect and high reverence for the hard work of all of us – that is what basically makes up your plate.
