In our Bakery, we focus on traditional and nontraditional baked goods, which are always crafted with time-honored methods, so besides your taste buds, your sight and smell will enjoy them. We pay careful attention to the quality of our bread and baked goods with a reduced gluten content, so that it is available to everyone and no one is deprived of the sensory experiences. Fresh Czech and French pastries and baked goods are available right out of the oven.
Traditional baking with modern technology
Our bakery is based on the modern technology of the Bongard company, which is one of the leading companies in the field of bakery and confectionery. Thanks to technology like the retarder-proofer, an innovative dough divider, and a modern oven, our dough rises at 2°C and is then baked at high temperatures. This ensures that our products meet the unique quality, fragility, original shape, and selected taste.
We bake for you with love
You can sample baked sourdough rye bread, caraway seed bread, bread with dried tomatoes, fried onions or crackling, beer bread, and buttermilk bread. Every day, we bake rolls, butter twists, whole-wheat rolls, French baguettes, or crackling flatbread. For sweet baked goods, you can look forward to sweet rolls, blueberry cakes, doughnuts, muffins, or banana bread. We prepare salty delicacies for you daily, as well as a selection of pastries with reduced gluten content.
